What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or the ramifications of COVID-19, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

INTERNATIONAL

No, we do not ship internationally. However, we will be soon. Thank You.

Returns Policy?

Due to sanitation standards and delivery fees placed on our customers we do not do refunds or exchanges.

If there are damages to domestic items, we will be able to offer a discount code equivalent to the amount of the item damaged; discretionary.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Additional Information

Bonacci Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are purchasing from outside of the Canada please make sure you are aware of the shipping regulations in your country (customs payments, etc) before placing an order.
